Beaver Aerospace & Defense performs Acceptance Testing on all its ball screws to ensure the overall quality of the product. All ball screws are checked for smooth running, backlash (sideplay), and dimensionally checked to the print to ensure that they meet all customer requirements.

Additional ball screw acceptance testing or qualification testing is performed based on each individual application and the customer’s needs. Additional tests that can be performed are:
